Phyllis Arlene Reilly, 80, of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on December 20, 2024. She was born April 11, 1944, in Utica, New York, the daughter of Jeanne Reynolds.
Phyllis earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 1996, and went on to earn her Master's degree in Public Health, 2004. Phyllis retired from the Fresno County Public Health Department in 2016.
Phyllis married Martin Reilly on June 15, 1977, at Grace Chapel in Tucson, Arizona. They then relocated to California for 40 years. They fulfilled Phyllis's dream to live in Florida for a short while before coming to New Mexico to be with their grandchildren.
Phyllis was active in a number of churches where they lived over the years.
Remaining to cherish Phyllis's memory are her beloved husband, Martin Reilly; her daughter, Jennifer Rodriguez; her four brothers, John Walchusky, Peter Walchusky, George Walchusky, and Jimmy Walchusky; her nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on January 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at French's-Wyoming, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87109.
