Preston Cormier Obituary
Funeral services officiated by Deacon Bryan Istre will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan honoring the life of Preston "Bozo" Cormier, 69, who passed away on December 19, 2025, at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center. He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Cormier, Ross Cormier, Danny "DJ" Guidry Jr, McKenzie Cormier, Karl Meaux and Danny Theall. Honorary pallbearers will be Colton Hickman and Brixton Broussard.
A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 AM.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Theresa C Cormier; his two sons, Ryan J Cormier and Ross E Cormier (Lacy); Erica P Cormier; five grandchildren, Lerin Cormier, McKenzie Cormier, Danny "DJ" Guidry Jr, Colton Hickman and Brixton Broussard; and his sister, Della Meaux (Louis).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edia and Hazel Cormier; three brothers, Emar Cormier, Presley Cormier (Catherine) and Eugene Cormier.
All funeral arrangements are being conducted by Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan (337) 643-7276.
