Preston S. O'Connor, 59, of New Tripoli, PA passed away Saturday, February 21st, his residence surrounded by family members, after a long illness.

Preston was born in Allentown, PA on December 4, 1966, a son of Katherine (Preston) O'Connor and the late Richard O'Connor. He was the widower of Deborah L. (Buskirk) O'Connor.

Preston served in the U.S. Army as a SP4 in both Kosovo & Iraq with Co C, 1/111th Infantry and retired from the National guard in 2011.He was also employed as a Police Officer at Whitehall Township for 21 years before retiring in 2015.

In addition to his mother, Katherine, Preston is also survived by a daughter, Lindsey G. Buskirk, of at Home; and three sons Dustin L. Keich, of Oklahoma; P. Seamus O'Connor and Declan R. O'Connor, all at Home.

A Visitation will be held at at Co C 111th Infantry Armory 390 College Blvd Kutztown, PA 19530, On March 2nd from 9:30 Am with Religious Service at 11:00 Am. Procession will leave Armory at 11:45 Am for military honors and burial at Indiantown Gap National cemetery at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be in his name to Keystone Warriors.

Interment with his late wife Deborah will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery East Hanover, PA. following the services.

Dear Preston - I will always remember our days in High school, Rifle team and more recently working together! We both joined the Army and lost touch, but the Days driving to school and to the rifle meets are my fondest memories. God Bless you and your family! See you on the other side Brother!
