Priscilla Ray Colborn

Priscilla Ray Colborn, age 84, of Brownwood, Texas, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025, in Brownwood. Priscilla was born on January 7, 1941, in Menard, Texas, to Dewey Clark and Velma (Railsback) Clark. She grew up in Brady. She lived in Pennsylvania for several years and then moved back to Brady where she worked at Loadcraft for several years. Later she moved to Brownwood where she worked as an assembler at Aldersgate for several years. She enjoyed crocheting, mac-ra-mae, cooking and sewing.

Funeral services for Priscilla Colborn will be at 2:00pm, Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels in Brady. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery in Brady. The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels. Priscilla is survived by her loving daughter Melissa Ward of Pennsylvania; brother Hays Beam, Jr. and wife Barbara of Early, Texas; sisters Janice Clark of Olympia, Washington, Rhonda Lawson and husband Scott of Brownwood, Texas and Lydia Reeves of Brownwood, Texas; her grandson Garrett Ward; several nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey Clark, and Velma (Railsback) Beam, her stepfather Hays Beam, Sr., brothers Tommy Clark and Ricky Beam.
