Priscilla Ekulide Obituary
Priscilla, affectionately known by all since her childhood as Nnem, was born in Umuakwu, Nigeria to Lydia and Gilbert. After marrying her beloved Emmanuel, they moved overseas and eventually resided in N.J.
Devoted mother to Adaeze, Ifeyinwa and Emeka. Grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, friend.
Nnem was known for her loving hospitality and exuberant laugh. An avid traveler, she had a fondness for singing and cooking. She was highly regarded and her warmth and compassion extended to countless people. She was utterly cherished by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.
The family will receive relatives and friends Friday, April 4, 2025, 3-7 p.m. at Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Avenue, Cedar Grove. A funeral service is planned for Saturday, April 5, 2025, 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home with interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains. For those meeting at the cemetery for services, please arrive at the cemetery office at 11:45 a.m.
