Rachel was born March 30, 1956, in Dallas, Texas to Bennie Frank and Mary Ann Parsons Miles, and passed from this life September 12, 2022, in Gilmer, Texas. Rachel retired after 35 years of service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Dallas, Texas.
Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Mary Ann Miles; brother, Bennie Frank Miles Jr. (Kelly); sisters, Patricia Miles-Aleman (Lydia), Lisa Quesnel (Brian), and Phyllis Bunn (Casey); special uncle, Owen Parsons Jr. (Paula); numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bennie Miles; maternal grandparents, Owen and Lorene Parsons; paternal grandparents, Donnie Miles and Florence Bailey.
Pallbearers are Bennie Miles Jr., Casey Bunn, Chance Bunn, Brett Miles, Forrest Hinshaw, Chad Bunn, Chase Bunn, and Brian Quesnel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Texas Baptist Children Home, P. O. Box 309, Waxahachie, Texas 75168.
