Rachel Whaley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Dryer Funeral Home, Inc. - Holly from Dec. 16 to Dec. 17, 2025.
With heavy hearts, we lost a beautiful person inside and out.

Rachel Renee Whaley, age 54 passed away suddenly Monday, December 15th, 2025.

She was a devoted mother, a loving sister and an amazing friend. A wild child, who always had a sense of humor and something funny to say. She always had the right words to make you feel loved, supported and cared for. She love her children and her granddaughter fiercely. Everyone who met her loved her. She loved to read her books, and hangout with her children and granddaughter.

She is survived by her two children (Jacob Whaley, Emma Whaley, Christopher Pacolt, spouse of Emma), her granddaughter (Scarlett Pacolt), parents ( Pamela Woody, William Gitchel, Mary Woody), her brothers and sisters (Frank Woody, Tammy Woody, Jennifer Gembinski, Micheal Woody, Heather Green, Matthew Woody, Leah Woody, Jeffrey Woody, Constance Woody, Suzanne Woody), and many nieces and nephews.

Please come join us to celebrate her beautiful life. Funeral Services will be December 29th 2025 at Dryer Funeral Home in Holly, Mi ( 101 S First St. Holly, MI 48442). Viewing will be from 11-1 followed by a service.

Donations are appreciated but not expected. All donations will go towards funeral cost and a donation to the Ronald McDonald Foundation in her name.

She will forever be in our hearts and be so deeply missed. There will not be a day that goes by that we don't miss her.
