Mr Middlebrooks was a neighbor for to my family for over 40 plus years !!! Our families grew up together in a neighborhood that was a village. Condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of our cousin, Rafus. What a glorious time he will have rejoicing with the lord and joining other family members who preceded him. He was a man of God and will always be remembered as a special person in my life. I will continue to pray for you and the rest of the family during your time of grief.

Middlebrooks shared with us. It truly was an honor and blessing to have known Mr. MiddleBrooks. My heart is deeply saddened that I won't get to see him or hear his stories and conversations on this side. But ohh! Am I rejoicing knowing to be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD" our Savior.

Dearest Family,

We are saddened to hear our beloved Cousin Pete has made his transition. We rejoice that he is with our Heavenly Father and our ancestors who have gone on before him. Having known Mr. Middlebrooks more than fifty years, in retrospect I realize that every encounter I had with him all had one thing in common. I always felt respected in his presence.
I want to thank him for that.
