I'm so sorry to hear of this loss, May God bring comfort and understanding to her children, family, friends and all that loved and knew Ragen. I fondly remember meeting her and the children at a DS meetup. I am just learning of this loss now. I would certainly had been at the service otherwise. Please know I will continue to pray for guidance at this time.

We are heartbroken that Kimball Payne, and now Reagan, are no longer with us and their beautiful children Maddox and Owyn. We have known the extended Payne family since college, or our own wedding, and most recently I was grateful to spend time with Ragan (and some of her family and friends) in Virginia Beach when visiting Tilghman Payne, Jr. She was a caring mother, larger than life, a confidant and counselor, and a bright light to all. Which is how I will remember her.
Our prayers and deepest sympathies to the Payne, Smith, Joyner, and Shoaf families, and her many other relatives and friends.
