Mr. Ralph Acton

Ralph Acton 1929 - 2009 Ralph Acton, 79, of Columbia, died February 15, 2009 at Lenoir Health Care in Columbia. Memorial services will be Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Lenoir Health Care. Mr. Acton was born September 9, 1929, in New Franklin, Missouri to Clarence and Lillie (Wehmeyer) Acton. Mr. Acton is survived by his wife, Delores Acton of Columbia; three children, Debra Lynn Frazier of Nashville, TN, Jacqueline Holstun of Booneville, and Christopher Acton of Columbia; one sister, Arlene Roth of Pilot Grove, MO; five grandchildren, Greg Acton, Jena Holstun, Timothy Holstun, Cory Frazier, and Kari Beth Frazier; and three great-grandchildren, Ethan Holstun, Olivia Holstun, and Marianna Frazier. Mr. Acton began serving on the Columbia City Fire Department in 1957 and retired after 29 years in 1986.
