Mr. Ralph was my client at NAMI Southeast Louisiana while in New Orleans, we had our ups and downs but over time we grew to be like family. He often expressed his love for Jesus and enjoyed singing gospel songs with me. I'm most grateful that he was able to fly home to Richmond, Virginia to see his family before being call home by God. My prayers and condolence are with the family, and Mr. Ralph will be sadly missed.
