Ralph Lindel Brogdon

On April 16, 2023, Ralph Lindel Brogdon of Bogart, GA beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away at the age of 86 years young. Ralph passed peacefully at home in the loving arms of his wife and daughter.
Ralph was a third generation farmer. He was born and raised in Alapaha, GA and remained there almost his entire life until moving to Bogart, GA in 2021 to live with his daughter, Lynn.
Ralph married the love of his life, Vickie Hall Brogdon in 1959 and she remained his sweetheart for 63 years. They raised two sons, Paul and Marcus and one daughter Lynn. After many years, Ralph is now celebrating being reunited in heaven with his oldest son, Paul.
He is preceded in death by his father Jesse Ottis Brogdon, mother Sadie Brady Brogdon, brother Tilman Brogdon, and his oldest son, Paul Brogdon. Ralph's loyal canine companion Casey was by his side for 14 years. Casey passed away a few months ago and will accompany Ralph to his final resting place.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Vickie Hall Brogdon (Bogart, GA), brother Ottis Brogdon (Tifton, GA), Marcus Brogdon (Inverness, FL) Lynn Brogdon (Bogart, GA). Three special grandchildren, Jonathan (Bianca), Travis (Jenny) and Tara and 8 great grandchildren, Lydeah, Konor, Rocco, Rebekah, Mason, Kelsey, Nicholas and Jason.
A graveside service at Fletcher Cemetery, Alapaha, GA will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 1pm.
