Ralph Cuellar II

Ralph Cuellar II, 72, of Spade, Texas, entered eternal life on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. He was born on November 30, 1953, in San Antonio, Texas, to Ralph I and Lucy Cuellar.

Ralph had three children of his own that he loved dearly. He married Janis Kimmell in December of 2002. Upon marrying her, he also gained three stepchildren that helped expand his family. Ralph was great father above all, and a loving husband. His heart grew bigger with the adoration he had for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They referred to him as, 'Papa.' His family meant the world to him, and he found joy in the conversations and laughter made with them all. In addition to taking care of his family, Ralph also took care of his friends when there was a need. His spirit was a reflection of his faith in the Lord. He was kind to all he encountered and his generosity was quiet, yet consistent.

Ralph was a dedicated member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield, Texas. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and donated his time to the charitable acts of the parish for those who needed refuge and support in the community. Ralph was a defender of his faith in Catholicism. His life was a testament to faith in his actions and love lived out daily. Being a wonderful man was an effortless characteristic of Ralph's. The welcoming presence that Ralph possessed was connected to the smile that he always had.

Memorial services for Ralph Cuellar II will be held at 11:00a.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield, Texas with Father Jeff Church officiating.
