Ralph was the son of Ralph Edward Hammer, Sr. and Anna Louise Clark Hammer. He was a member of electrician union in Louisville, KY and Maryland. Mr. Ralph was a veteran of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Joni Hammer, sisters, Charlotte Harrison and Jennie Webb; brother, Charlie Hammer.
Survived by: brother Robert Bruce (Mary) Hammer of MD and sister Betty Monaghan of FL and many nieces and nephews also survive.
The family has chosen cremation to honor his wishes and his cremains will be placed in his mausoleum at Resthaven Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
