Ralph M Johnson

Ralph M Johnson, Jr. 74, of Bear, Delaware died February 12, 2015. Ralph passed away on February 12th at his home in Bear, Delaware after a long battle with Pulmonary Interstitial Lung Disease. Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Johnson Sr. and Doris Johnson of Coudersport PA, He is survived by his wife Judith, who he loved completely and dearly, and three daughters Terrie, Linda and Rebecca. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, with one more on the way. Ralph is also survived by his sisters Loretta Berger, Sigrid Wilkinson, and brother Eric Johnson. Ralph worked as an instrument technician at Alliance Refinery in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana until his retirement in 2006; Ralph had a passion for repairing and restoring cars. He shared this love through teaching for many years at Delgado Technical College in New Orleans, LA. To his wife and family, Ralph was the rock, the glue, and the witty voice of reason; the one who could fix anything – he will be so greatly missed. The family wishes to thank Compassionate Care Hospice for their care and support during this difficult time. In Ralph's words –"Next stop, Willoughby…." Services were held privately.
