Ralph Michael "Bingy" Luongo

Ralph Michael Luongo, known to many close to him as "Bingy," passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 87. He died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, after a period of declining health due to dementia.
Ralph was born and raised in Medford, MA, where he grew up in a close-knit family and graduated from Medford High School. He and his wife, Lynne, raised their two children in Wakefield and Reading, MA, while Ralph built a long and dedicated career in sales. He had been a resident of Wilmington for more than twenty years.
Ralph is survived by his beloved wife, Lynne Luongo; his daughter, Lisa Sullivan, of Canton, MA; and his son, Gregg Luongo, and his life partner, Nicole Hendrickson, of Beverly, MA. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Riley and Andrew Sullivan.
He is also survived by his sister, Gail Eldridge of Florida and her husband Ray, and several nieces and nephews. Ralph was predeceased by his parents, Ralph (Fred) and Flo Luongo of Medford, and his sister, Joanne Boucher of Gloucester, MA.
Ralph found happiness on the tennis court and golf course, where he spent many cherished hours with friends and family. He will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and the kindness he shared with all who knew him.
In leu of services, the family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
Donations in his memory may be made to Minuteman Senior Services, an organization that provided invaluable support to the family during his final years.
