Ralph Lee Malicoat

Mr. Ralph Lee Malicoat, age 75 of Habersham, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. He was a devoted member of Little White Oak Baptist Church and deeply loved the Lord. Ralph found great joy in sharing with everyone the many blessings God had bestowed upon him. He was happiest when attending church or working on his tractor.

Ralph was an inspiration to many and was known as a hard worker, a loving husband, and a devoted father. He cherished his church family, his many friends, his dogs, and his beloved “grand pups.”

He was preceded in death by Wife, Lois Jean Gothard Malicoat; his parents, Dock and Lorene Bolton Malicoat; his brother, Richard Malicoat; and his nephews, Mark Anthony Malicoat, Stephen Gothard, and Michael Bolton.

He is survived by daughters, Angela Patterson (Rodney) and Chivonne Capps (Brian); his brother, Randall Malicoat (Pat); and his sister, Kathy York (Bob), along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 7:00 P.M., officiated by Rev. Larry Kitts and Rev. Adam Gulley. Family and friends will meet Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for 11:00 A.M. graveside services and interment.
