Ralph Angelo Petti

So sorry to hear of Ralph´s going home. Happy he is with our Lord and his beloved,Anita! Neal and I took care of Ralph´s hair needs until Neal retired 3 years ago. I loved talking with Ralph. My first full-time radio job was working for KUGN, Eugene, OR in 1979. Ralph was head of the station at that time. I found him to be a benevolent boss, always encouraging. We had a very talented crew and I had great fun the year I was there. Ralph had an incredible life and career. From his notice here, he must have been at Iwo Jima, when my father and his crew made an emergency landing there, after a mission to Tokyo in their B-29. I wish I had known Ralph and my father shared that time in history, I would have introduced my father to Ralph. It is a small world. Sad to hear of Ralph's passing.Glad he is now reunited with Anita Louise. RIP
