Glad that Ralph was able to be in touch with his extended family during his later years. It was a life long dream of his oldest sister. Condolences to his immediate family, Mary, Bryan & Christina.

Ralph was with the Charleston Police Department many years ago. He was a great guy. It was with sorrow that I saw he had passed. I have never forgotten him although I lost touch a few years ago. Still he was a member of our police family.
