Ralph C. Sansone Jr.

Ralph Carl Sansone Jr, passed away peacefully in his home on March 8, 2024 in Salisbury, MD surrounded by family. His battle with kidney cancer the last couple of years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite his pain, Ralph never lost his sense of humor and stayed strong until the end. Ralph was born on November 6, 1951 in Luzerne, PA to Ralph Carl Sansone Sr and Ellen Joan Sansone.
He was preceded in death by his father Ralph Carl Sansone Sr, mother Ellen Joan Sansone and his wife Linda Sue Sansone.
He is survived by his brother John E. Sansone and his wife Cindy, his sister Barbara A. Sansone and his three daughters Elizabeth A. Watlington and her husband Greg, Ellen R. Sansone and her husband Robert Boyd and Renee C. Baldwin and her husband Justin. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Ralph worked in retail for most of his life. In his free time he enjoyed taking walks, especially on the boardwalk. He loved spending time with his family and was a wonderful father and the best pop pop a grandchild could hope for. He loved watching his Ravens play football. He also enjoyed mowing the grass, gardening, working in the yard planting trees and watching his birds eat from their bird feeders and splash in their birdbaths. The Sansone family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to The Coastal Hospice nurses and clergy who helped take care of him during his last days. We would also like to thank the Burbage Funeral Home for their guidance and professionalism.
