Ralph Gregory Talley

Ralph was born March 8, 1957 in Nashville, Tn. He passed away August 14, 2021. Ralph was preceeded in death by his parents, James Henry and Clarice Sims Talley Sr, his lifelong partner Wanda Faye Darvin, his brothers Dennis E. and Samuel L. Holt Jr.

He leaves to mourn his sons Palo Corey Talley and William Reeves, Step-sons, Henry Bryant III (Patrice), Mario (Jatonnia) Darvin, Step-daughters Carolyn Bryant II, Tonya (Dakia) Darvin-Hayes, Mauricer Darvin. Grandchildren, Chakia Bryant, William, Centerius, Fashon, Dontez, Marquise, Heniya, Amir and Hendric Bryant, Reginald and Alvin III Darvin, Mario Jr., Amaria, Journee, Myles and Nakia Darvin.
Great-grandchildren, Kelize, Ladayceon, Javohn, Jahzelle, Marquise Jr. and Taquise Bryant. His Sisters, Carolyn Boyce, Mary Bernice Polk and Dorothy Talley. His brothers James H. (Audrey)Talley Jr., Leonard (Christine) Talley Sr. Sister in law, Brenda Furlow-Holt. Aunt, Betty Talley, Uncle, Benjamin (Skipper) Sims. A host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Ralph loved, encouraged and created a special bond with the children that came into his life in a father role and those young and old that lovingly called him "Old School". Visitation Thursday, August 19, 2021, 10-11 with funeral to follow at funeral home. Burial in Hills of Calvary Cemetery.
