Ramona Jean "Jeane" Berryman, 96, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026 in Lincoln, KS. She was born September 20, 1929 in Lincoln to William and Essie Mae (Miller) Squires. Jeane was a homemaker and volunteered at Lincoln Park Manor which she enjoyed very much. She was a member of the Central Christian Church. She loved to read. Jeane married George Berryman in Lincoln on December 27, 1948.
Jeane is survived by her granddaughter Melissa and husband; and great grandsons, Joseph, Aiden, Marek, and Utah. She was preceded in death by her husband George in 1996; infant daughter Georgann in 1951; and daughter Kitty Rainey in 2007.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Lincoln Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Central Christian Church of Lincoln, c/o, Hall Chapel, PO Box 37, Lincoln, KS 67455.
