Ramona Clara Childress 104 of Cypress, Texas longtime former resident of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away on March 30, 2025
Ramona was born on Oct 12, 1920 in Ramona OK to William and Mabel Ripley.
Ramona is survived by her daughter Patsy Burdett, and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Orville Ripley, husband Eugene Childress, daughters Connie Thomas and Sharon Kudrick.
Funeral services celebrating Ramona’s life and legacy of love will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 2pm at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, Kansas. Following the service Ramona will be laid to rest next to her husband Eugene in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery also in Coffeyville.
