Randall is survived by his mother, Wilma Ballinger; children, Erin White Face, Lea Ballinger, Dylan White Face-Ballinger, and Damien White Face-Ballinger; step-children, Faith White Face, Alanna Rosales, and Brianna Greenamyre; grandchildren, Myla Rosales, Darian Rosales, Draven Russell, Olivia White Face, Bryson Augare, Rilynn Augare, Devonte White Face-Ballinger, Marianno Garnette, Lucianno Garnette, Xariah White Face, Kiyan Running Shield, Kaisley Running Shield, Aria Thorsen, and Adaline Thorsen; brothers, Ryan Ballinger, Sheldon Ballinger, Shawn Ballinger, and Allen Barcus; sister, Salina Barcus; aunt, Zella Ballinger; and numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Randall was preceded in death by his son, Daniel White Face; brother, Ronald Ballinger; and biological mother, Dorothy Prairie Dog.
Pallbearers will be Robert Hummel, Garould "Iggy" White Face, Kyle Barnes, Emil American Horse, Earl Forester, and Derek Anderson.
Honorary pallbearers will be all friends & relatives.
Wake Services: One night wake service starting 3:00 PM, Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the Gordon City Auditorium in Gordon, NE with evening services starting at 7:00 PM
Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Friday, January 9, 2026 at the Gordon City Auditorium in Gordon, NE
Officiating: To Be Announced
Traditional Lakota Services: Ricky Gray Grass
Burial Services: Gordon City Cemetery, Gordon, NE
