Randall S. Meckley, 68, of Abbottstown, Pa., entered into rest on October 29, 2025 at his home. Born November 24, 1956 in York, he was the son of the late Donald C. and Shirley M. (Diehl) Meckley.
Randall, better known as, Randy, to his friends and family, graduated from West York High School in 1974 and then attended Penn State York where he studied Business Management. Randall worked as a dry press operator for The Pfaltzgraff Company for most of his life, he then finished out his employment as a machine operator at The Sheridan Press before retiring in 2021. He was an avid antique collector and accumulated an incredible and extensive collection throughout his life.
In addition to his parents, Randall was preceded in death by his sister in law, Carol L. (Meek) Meckley of York, Pa. Randall is survived by three brothers, Michael A. (Tina) Meckley of Dover, Pa; Bradley S. Meckley of York, Pa and Donald C. (Judy) Meckley of Spring Grove, Pa. He also leaves behind four nieces, Brittney Hare, Shanae Rebert, Tabitha Rebert and Kayla Meckley, who adored him; two nephews, Chad Meckley and Stephen Meckley, as well as nine great nieces and nephews; a devoted caregiver Christie Zinn of York, Pa and his loyal and loving friend, Linda Heikes of Dover, Pa, as well as many other friends.
The John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 2114 W. Market St. York is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to The Visiting Nurses Association of Hanover and Spring Grove 440 Hanover St. Hanover, Pa 17331.

Randy was a very good friend to me at Pfaltzgraff. We both ran the same machine for a while. He was always happy and great to talk to. He was a very nice guy and I will miss him. Rest easy my friend
