Randall John Miller, age 75, passed away on January 25, 2026.
Randall was born on February 8, 1950, in
Ashville, Pennsylvania, as the younger of identical twins. He and his twin brother, Ralph, later moved with their family to Masury, Ohio, where Randall enjoyed a childhood full of lasting memories.
Randall, known to many as Randy, and his brother Ralph enlisted in the United States Navy while still in high school, taking a 120-day deferment following graduation. Randy was a proud graduate of Brookfield High School, Class of 1969. After graduation and prior to entering military service, he began working for Sharon Steel.
In September of 1969, Randy honorably began serving his country in the United States Navy. Stationed with his brother in Beeville, Texas, the twins were trained, specialized jet engine mechanics. They returned home in 1973, and Randy carried the pride of his military service with him throughout his life.
Upon returning home, Randy resumed his career at Sharon Steel, where he worked from 1969 to 1985 in the railroad department. He was respected for his hard work, reliability, dedication, and strong work ethic.
On June 11, 1977, Randy married his loving wife, Loretta (Sincich). Their marriage was a true testament to love, partnership, and mutual respect. Together, they built a nurturing home grounded in devotion and shared values. Though married for 48 years, their love will last for eternity.
Randy became a father soon after when he proudly adopted Loretta's daughters, Pamela and Tammy, on June 28, 1977. He was a devoted and loving father who celebrated Adoption Day every year in June. His love was unconditional, freely given, and deeply felt.
Randy formed lifelong friendships early in life and understood that true friends are rare and precious. Mike and Lucy Hammond, and Danny Schwiess held a special place in his heart, and neither time nor distance ever weakened those bonds.
When Sharon Steel closed in 1985, Randy and his family relocated to
Moore, Oklahoma. There, Randy and Ralph-who already resided in Oklahoma-started a business. Miller Brothers Trucks began as a diesel engine repair shop and evolved over time into a long-haul, over-the-road trucking operation. The brothers specialized in oversized and wide-load hauling, often requiring escorts, and traveled across the country transporting significant shipments.
Eventually, the brothers chose to stay closer to home, and the business transitioned once more into local dump trucking. Randy hauled sand, gravel, rock, and other essential materials throughout Central Oklahoma, playing a vital role in the development of the greater Oklahoma City area.
Though Randy officially retired not long ago, he and Ralph continued to meet regularly at the shop. Randy had a love for old cars, trucks, and tractors, and together they enjoyed restoring and rebuilding treasured projects-always making it home by noon for lunch.
Randy shared a bond with Ralph that went deeper than words. They were, without question, best friends.
As an avid NASCAR fan, Randy never missed a race and faithfully recorded each one-just in case. He was a devoted fan of Ryan Blaney and attended races in Fort Worth and Kansas City, experiences he cherished. He was also a loyal University of Oklahoma fan, firmly believing Saturdays were meant for watching the Sooners.
Randy built a life rooted in faith, family, hard work, and quiet dedication. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the love he shared.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Edgar Miller and Thelma Catherine Miller; and his sister, Thelma Catherine Kolbich, lovingly known as "Dolly."

Randall's life was a reflection of steadfast love, faith, and devotion-to his family, his work, and the values he lived by every day. He leaves behind a legacy carried forward through generations, in the laughter, traditions, and stories shared by those who loved him.
To his beloved wife, Loretta, his love did not end with this goodbye. It remains constant and eternal, woven into every memory, every quiet moment, and every heartbeat until you are reunited again -because you are his "one and only".
Though our hearts ache, we find peace in knowing Dad is now with his Heavenly Father-the One he trusted all his life. His faith carried him home, and his love carries us forward.
