I am so sorry to hear this sad news. back in the day in 1979 I worked for Henry Co PD with Randall, He and i became good friends back then , He was always a good guy and a good police officer,
We lost touch over the years but the memories of the good times are still there, I've though if His often over the years but could not find him since he left law enforcement, prayers for the family, I am so sorry for our loss.
