Randy was our next-door neighbor for 24 years, and we'll always remember him as the vigilant night owl who kept the neighborhood safe. We loved his passion for his barbershop performances, and greatly appreciated his help whenever we were car shopping. We sincerely pray that where ever he is he may find peace, love and acceptance.
