Randell Russell Obituary
Randell "Randy" Russell, 66, of Benton, Arkansas passed away June 4, 2023. He was born May 4, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Ralph Lee Russell and Katherine Fern (Hendrix) Russell.
Randy was the owner operator for his trucking company. He also worked for Adams Pest Control for over twenty years. Randy was a people person and never met a stranger. He talked to everyone he saw and had a great sense of humor. Randy's family was his priority and he loved them with unconditional love. A few of his hobbies included listening to music, playing horseshoes, watching old western movies, camping, fishing, playing dominoes, and working in his yard. Randy loved his animals and could often be found playing with his grandchildren. He was a very social man who enjoyed being the life of the party.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Lee and Katherine Fern Russell; and sister, Patricia Greene.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving spouse of thirty years, Becky Thomas; son, Joshua Lee Russell; daughters: Jenna Russell, Stephanie Thomas, April Thomas (Jerry Applegarth); grandchildren: Brooke, Sam, Angel, Becky, Summer, Heaven, Cedric, Jawaun, Azlee, and Jamal Lee; great-grandchildren: Bailee-Anne, Kimberly, Cooper, Gwendolyn, Olivia, and Ada (who is arriving in October); brother, Terry Lee Russell; sister, Brenda (Gary) Mashburn; special nieces and nephews; and many family members and friends who love Randy and will miss him always.
Celebration of Life will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, June 8, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas.
