Mr. Randolph Dean Hoffman, passed away February 2nd at 12:24pm in Mishawaka, IN.
A Catholic Service will be celebrated on Thursday Feb. 5th at 12:30PM in St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, with Fr. Julius Okojie, Pastor, officiating. There will be a visitation two hours prior to the Mass, 10:30AM -12:30PM, also in the church, 54191 N. Ironwood, South Bend.
Randy was born in South Bend on May 16, 1945 to the late Desneige (Boudreau) and Samuel Hoffman and was a lifetime resident.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of sixty-two years, Jewell Kay (Lane) "Cookie" Hoffman. They wed on December 21, 1963, in South Bend, and were blessed with a daughter, Dawn Buss of South Bend; and her three children: Conner MacMillan of South Bend; Jacob (Lauren) MacMillan of Valparaiso, IN and Taylor Buss of South Bend; along with several nieces and nephews.
Randy was a longtime member of St. Therese Little Flower Church. He loved golf, classic cars and enjoyed spending time with family and friends and playing cards on holidays. He was a great Husband, Dad, Pa, Brother, Uncle and Friend. Once you met Randy, you knew what an amazing person he truly was. He would do whatever he could to help anyone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be directed to the Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
