Randolph "Randy" W. Newman, 66, of Culpeper passed away on November 8, 2023 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. He was born November 14, 1956 to the late Russell Edward and Betty Jenkins Newman.
Randy is survived by his sister, Brenda Brown; brother, Andy Newman (Chris); sister-in-law, Sharon Newman; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Randy is preceded in death by his brother, Gary Newman and brother-in-law, Robert E. Brown.
