Randolph "Randy" R. Bailey

I am so sorry to hear of Randy's passing - far too young. I had the pleasure of working with Randy at Benchmark Electronics in Hudson, NH in the early '90's when he was a machine operator, but I knew he was capable of much more, which is why I hired him as an engineer at ACT in 1994, and then took him with me to Bull Electronics in 1997, where he excelled in his work. One time, we were having difficulty meeting a deadline, and I'll never forget how Randy worked 24 hours straight to resolve the issue. I also remember how much he loved his old BMW. I will always remember Randy as a gentle soul, a quiet man who always, always had a quick smile for everyone. I lost touch with Randy in the early 2000's when I went in a different direction related to work, and I am so sorrowful to hear of his early passing. He also adored his mother and talked about her constantly. Such a wonderful man. Rest in peace, my dear old friend.
