To the Becker family - my deespest sympathy goes out to you.
I entered the workforce in 2019 at Beckers and was a bit unsure of my career path. Randy took me under his wing and showed me the ways of project management. He let me tag along to countless job sites, taught me how to do a take off, and showed me many of his impressive flooring projects across the twin cities. I will be forever grateful for how patient and kind he was with me when I had zero clue as to what I was doing.
He was a great man and will be missed.
