Randy was born on March 4, 1958 in Lansing, Michigan the third son to Louis and Ann (Rochon) Shellito. From a young age, he enjoyed tinkering and taking things apart, which suited him well in his lifelong career in construction. He was a "jack of all trades", a master craftsman and a talented handyman. Randy was a hard worker and took great pride in his work. He loved to look for treasures in yard sales that he could recondition and create into something new and useful. Under Randy's tough exterior, he was kind and caring and took pleasure in helping others. He loved mowing the grass, fishing, being outside and spending time with his family. Randy had his own special sense of humor and he will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his two daughters, Matie Ann Dunn of Seney, Michigan and Lisa M. Graham of Byron, Michigan; grandchildren, Courtney Jo Rabidoux, RJ Dunn, Alex and Logan Peixoto, Harper (affectionately called "Harpie" by Grandpa Randy); two great-grandchildren, Claudia and Darien Rabidoux; his mother, Ann Shellito; siblings, Rick (Carrie) Hoag of Suffolk, VA, Renell (Andy) Smith of Suffolk, VA, Ryan (Robin) Hoag of Charlotte, MI, Roxanne Jesko of St. Johns, MI, LouAnn (Raydell) Byrd of Suffolk, VA, RoseMarie (Nathan) Crampton of Perry, MI, Clarence (Juanita) Shellito of Toledo, OH and Clinton Shellito of New Haven, MI; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his dad, Louis W. Shellito; brother, Louis W. Shellito II and infant sister, Alice Ruth Shellito.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023, 12 Noon at McGeehan Funeral Home, Keck-Coleman Chapel, 1500 Waterford Pkwy, St. Johns, Michigan. Friends may visit the funeral home on Friday from 10 AM until the time of the service.

Wow. It´s flown by for sure. Have your picture in my office at my store, wish we had more time. I learned more w your passing , how you saved everything I ever mailed you. Thinks you saved as a child , church choirs etc. more then I ever did when you was alive. You will be lived and missed forever. I´ll always remember the times we did have together love you dad. I hope you´re proud of me. I only wanna do good for this world til my time comes.

I met Randy at my son Ron and wife Heather(his niece) a very pleasant guy full of love and happiness .He will be missed by so many people fly high Randy your love ones will be smiling back at you
