Randy Lee Mosier-O'Neail was born on May 31, 1957, in Mineral Point, Missouri. He departed this life on Friday, February 14, 2025.

Randy dedicated 12 years of his life as the Washington County 2nd District Commissioner, where he worked diligently to help his community. He was a devoted member of the Elks, spending time at the Elks Lodge and connecting with friends and neighbors.

Those who knew Randy will remember him for the simple joys he cherished. He loved to sit on his front porch, watching traffic pass by while listening to his favorite old gospel songs and country tunes. Hunting and fishing were among his favorite pastimes, as well as sharing time with his beloved beagle dogs, often trading them with friends. He found great enjoyment in watching westerns, particularly "Wagon Train," "Gunsmoke," and "Rifleman."

Randy took great pride in his family, which he considered his proudest accomplishment. Randy is survived by his son, James Wheeler; grandson, Xavier Wheeler; three siblings: Paula Link, David O'Neail, Jr. (wife, Paula), and Charlene Case (husband, Jerry); nephews: Chris Vandergriff (wife, Jenni), and Gary Vandergriff (wife, Cindy); and aunt, Edna Goodson; as well as many other dear relatives.

In addition to his grandparents, Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma and Web Mosier; father, David O'Neail; and his sister LaDonna Camden.
