I worked with Randy in Finnish F-18 program as his counterpart in Finland side for several years. I can say that Randy made the Finn program a success story. Also he was my dear friend and I could always trust him!
Randy will always be in my memories.

We worked together at PMA207 as contractors in the C-130 FMS program. I considered Randy a good friend and mentor. I will always have good memories of our time together. My sincere condolences to his Wife, Cady. I never met you, but he spoke of you often and it was clear how much he loved you. He will be missed. Rest In Peace. Respectfully, Tom Blanchflower
