Randy Lea Stepp (also known as Ponyboy and Chief) passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025
at 1:26 pm at Vanderbilt Univercity Medical Center at the age of 61. Randy was a local musician
well loved by many. His laughter and music will be greatly missed.
Randy was proceeded in death by his father: William (Bill) Stepp, sister: Shanondoah Stepp, and
brother: Sheyenne Stepp.
He is survived by his wife: Candace Stepp, son: Dakota Stepp, mother: Glenda (Rose) Stepp,
brother: Cody Stepp, Step-daughter: Kristen Jayme, Step-son: Blayne Wells, 2 grandsons: Miles &
Silas Wells, 2 granddaughters: Briella Jayme & Alice Wells, and his nephews Kiowa & Shoshoni
Stepp.
