Randy Lee Teeter "Moreland Star", 77 of Dover, Arkansas flew away to his heavenly home Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in Russellville. He was born September 30, 1946, in Russellville to James and Ima Jane Teeter.
He was preceded in passing by his parents; nephew, Brad Teeter and his partner in crime, Henry Chronister.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Jean Teeter; two sons, Travis Lee Teeter, Jason Randall Teeter; grandchildren, Janis Teeter McBride & husband Kaben, Elizabeth Jade Teeter, Nadia Burnham, Raygan Teeter, Keelei Teeter, Haley Rhoades ; and his favorite great grandson, Lakota WhiteEagle McBride; siblings, Jimmy Teeter, Gary Teeter, Karen Sanders; brothers-in-law, Charlie & Juanita Barber, Joey Barber, Danny & Lisa Barber, Larry & Sherri Barber; nieces & nephews, David, Jennifer, Melissa, Nathan, Cleveland, Angel, Cherie, J.J., Brett, Kevin and their spouses.
Randy was known as the "Moreland Star". He could be found singing twice a week at Jean's Joint in Moreland. Many great times were had and memories were made when they owned the cafe. In his spare time Randy liked to play golf and be with his wife, Jean. He loved the company of his family, especially spending time with Lakota WhiteEagle. Randy was a Godly man who will truly be missed by his family and friends.
His visitation will be 5:30-6:30 pmThursday, June 6, 2024, at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. The Graveside funeral service will be 2 pm Friday, June 7 at Paschal Cemetery in Moreland with Brother Clint Craig officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
Pallbearers will be Levi Ketcherside, Tommy Cheek, Steven Clayton, Dale Koster, Mike LaRue, Travis Teeter.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Nichols and Kaben McBride.
