I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Skeeter in the early 90's. He was one of a kind. An infectious laugh, always in a good mood, fun to work with and one of the most talented operators I have ever seen. He wasn't just good on one piece of equipment, he was great on everything. Truly born to be an operator, and it didn't matter if it was new or not. I had an old 1150 Case dozer that had about 3" of play in the blade, but somehow Skeeter could grade within an inch on that thing, amazing! He was a great guy and will be missed by those of us that worked with him.
