I don't have adequate words to describe my sadness when Ray called me a few months ago after he was diagnosed with this terrible disease, and he informed me that it was very serious. It humbles me still that he would think to call an old friend from the past, and his wonderful attitude and love of life and family was the same as all the years we shared together in our work lives years ago. I regret that it is only now that I have learned of his passing. I know he is in a better place, and I know that Ray made many friends and admirers over the years who have passed on or are unaware of his passing. On the occasions where Ray and I talked in the past 25 years, he always expressed love for his family, and in his most recent call he spoke of each person in his family/expanded family, and the joy he felt and love he had for them. The things we take with us from this life are the love we have for others, the truth we have learned, and the good influence and service we have provided for others. Ray was a Good Husband, Father and Friend. What better can be said of anyone. May God's choicest blessings be with Ray and all those who love him.

I don't have adequate words to describe my sadness when Ray called me this Fall after he was diagnosed with this terrible disease, and he knew it was most serious. It humbles me still that he would think to call an old friend from the past, and his wonderful attitude and love of life and family was the same as all the years we shared together in our work. I regret that it is only now that I have learned of his passing. I know he is in a better place, and I know that Ray made many friends and admirers over the years who have passed on or are unaware of his passing. On the occasions where Ray and I talked by phone in the past 25 years, he always expressed love for his family, and in his most recent call he spoke of each person in his family/expanded family, and the joy he felt and love he had for them. The things we take with us from this life are the love we have for others, the truth we have learned, and the good influence and service we have provided for others. Ray was a Good Husband, Ffather and Friend. What better can be said of anyone. May God's choicest blessings be with Ray and all those who love him.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow. Take comfort in the words of Isaiah 25:8, 9
