Ray Dearl McCoy

Ray and all the family are part of my childhood. He came to my elementary school classes to talk about conservation, I attended conservation camp at Earl Wallace because of him, served as a counselor at Camp Webb because of him. He and Alberta provided a second home to me just down the street from our house. Joe and I attended 12 years of school together and Jean and I remain good friends.
Deepest sympathy to Jean, Rhonda and all the family. I know the family cared deeply for him and Alberta. He was a dedicated public servant and community leader - a life to be honored and celebrated.
