Raymond "Larry" Bradshaw,73, of Albany passed away at his residence on Thursday, August 29, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Mr. Ross Powell will officiate.
Born on June 26, 1951, in Albany, Georgia, to the late Raymond George Bradshaw and Thelma Carroll Denham. Larry worked for eighteen years at Firestone Company, and the last five years he worked as a manager for Skinner Furniture Company.
Larry found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved caring for his animals and took great pride in his cooking, he also enjoyed spending time in his yard, tending to his flowers.
He is survived by his daughter, Tabatha Bradshaw Johnson; grandchildren, Cassie Brown and Dakota Johnson; great-grandchildren, Izzy Moreland, Grayson Moreland, and soon to be Ryder Moreland, his mother, Thelma Carroll Denham; siblings, Linda Bradshaw, Emmett Denham, and Michelle Dean (Tim); his life partner, James Braden Coast; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many cousins, and the mother of his daughter, Cassie Mitchell Broxton.
A visitation will be held on September 1, 2024, from 5:00 PM until funeral hour.
