Raymond and I were friends when we met in 1981. Stayed friends for many years after I got him a job at the wine company. I worked at which he made his way to top salesman at quality wines. After I got out of the wine business we did not stay in touch but did run into each other from time to time. I just heard back from him about 6 months ago we were going fishing in my van broke down. So we didn't make it thought there were many other days we had planned to go. Me and all my family thought the world of him. I was really looking forward to spending time with him. He said to me he was looking up old friends when he got in touch with me especially Mike skeeters text me or something Mike I'm on Facebook I took his advice back then and I have been looking up old friends. He was a very special talented and wonderful person I'm sure they're not many people knew he made guitars and played them I will truly miss him like a brother.

Raymond and I were old work buddies at Ferguson & Williams on Redstone for a few years back in the 80s. He was lively person with a great personality. After I moved out of state we didn't keep in touch much, but I always thought of him and the times we had together. See you on the flip-side brother! Mike Sketers
