Allen Lundgren
July 6, 1962 – April 8, 2024

Allen Lundgren, 61, of East Bernard, Texas passed away peacefully on Monday, April 8, 2024, at home. He was born on July 6, 1961, in Ocean Port, New Jersey at Fort Monmouth Army base to the late Larry and Jean Lundgren.

Allen grew up in Azle, Texas and graduated from Azle High School, Class of 1980. He worked and put himself through college at UT Austin, earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics in 2002 and a Masters Degree in Education.

He was so smart in so many things, but he loved to continue to learn and teach others along the way.  He worked in the computer field at Flood Data, in Austin then started his own Network business. He relocated to Montana to be a teacher of physics and math at Two Eagle River School of the Confederated Salish; Kootenai Tribes. Here is was able to mentor countless students while guiding towards their fullest potential, many students said that he made school fun and interesting.  One commented he would remind me that I could go farther in life if I wanted to.

He loved all things science, space, computers, and all types of outdoor adventures. He loved to camp, hike, and swim, he enjoyed these adventures with many of his family members throughout the years.  He was a Beacon of light in the lives of those that knew him. His smile, laughter and loudness brought us all a lot of joy.

Climbing the mountains of Montana, diving the waters of Belize, nothing compares to you Lord when you bring us to our knees. Allen gave his life to the Lord before his death. The day of the Eclipse Allen met the Creator of the Creations he loved.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Lundgren of 34 years, beloved special children, Melanie, Misty, Michael and grandsons, Gabe and Mason.
Sister, Diane Roberts and husband Clinton; Brother, Gary Lundgren and wife Jolene
Nieces and Nephews: Heather, Hollie, Morgan, Logan
