Raymond was a great guy, I knew him for many many years, we had lots of great times here in New Smyrna, racing our cars, having a cold one now and then, and playing tricks on friends. He is the only guy I have ever seen to drive a Road Runner into Pappas right after he turned it over, and we dared him one night to go up to the police station , and do a burn out in front. Not only did he do it one time, but backed up, and did it again, but I'm sure he got a big thrill out of it, as we all did. He was one heck of a NASCAR fan , and loved his Mopar cars and their drivers. He will be missed by many of us, and we will talk about old times in the future , and his name will be brought up several times for sure. Raymond wasn't just a friend, he was a true friend, and I will miss him and his laugh.
