Raymond “Ray” Maze Jr, 77, of Little Suamico, passed away on December 27, 2025 at home.
He was born on July 6, 1948 to Raymond and Evelyn (Nichols) Maze Sr in Sault Ste Marie, MI.
On October 22, 1966, he married his high school sweetheart and love of his life, Linda Louise Speich. They raised two children together. Raymond and Linda lived a wonderful, happy life and recently celebrated 59 years of marriage. Ray worked as a baker for a large portion of his life.
Since his retirement, Ray enjoyed playing Santa, camping in the travel trailer, and was an avid boater in his younger years. Ray liked nothing more than a campfire with family.
Ray is survived by his loving wife, Linda; son, Raymond "Fuzzy" Maze III; daughter, Cyndi Furru; two grandsons, Alex Furru and Anthony Moore; two sisters, Margaret Derosier and Nancy (Russ) Pearson; and two brothers, Jim (Ruth) Maze and John (Mary) Maze. Ray is further survived by various other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Mike Maze.
Per Raymond's wishes, there will be no formal services held.
