I met Raymond through his sister Cynthia (my spiritual big sister for over 20 years). Raymond was a kind, good-hearted, and truly genuine person. He was always well-dressed right down to his Stacy Adams. But, most of all, I admired how he pampered his mom. He was so close to his family. And, he and Cynthia had a special bond. I'm going to miss him. A quick story:

Decades ago, Cynthia volunteered her chivalrous brother to help move some furniture for me (ok, nothing expensive, nothing new, and nothing a guy would like....get the picture). Later that day, Cynthia informed me that Raymond told her that he prefers a "modern woman". Oh well!! It ended before it started.

Be strong my extended family! He was a believer! He was so generous to so many that his legacy lives on in all of us. Felecia Golden
