Well, it's almost been 6 months since my dad died. I miss him. There isn't a day that goes by that something doesn't remind me of him or my mom. Daddy and mom, I miss you guys so much. Always in my thoughts and never forgotten.

There are never words that can express the loss of a love one! I hope that God will see all of you through this difficult time and that time will heal your hearts!! Can you ever find the right words? I remember going hunting with Ray and Kenny Vaughn in Powhatan. Anyone that knew Ray, probably can attest to his boisterous cough he had from time to time. I would get the biggest kick out of sitting out in the woods, with a little breeze, nice and quiet. You have been there maybe thirty minutes, and you hear something coming. You get ready for a deer to come over the edge of the brush, and Ray starts coughing...Loudly! Anyway, it never frustrated me, because it was nice to just go out in the woods, talking smack with Ray and the guys and having a few laughs! I will miss you BOO-G.
