Raymond Charles Osborne, 58, of Bramwell, WV, passed Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born January 6, 1966, in Welch, WV, he was the son of Charles and Nellie Mullins Osborne. Raymond was a graduate of Mt. View High School and a resident of Bramwell for over 20 years. He was a retired coal miner.
A brother, Ralph Osborne, preceded him in death.
Those left to cherish Raymond's memory are his parents, Charles and Nellie Osborne of Bramwell, WV; brother, Eugene Osborne and wife Nancy of Coalwood, WV; sister, Debbie Kirby and husband Marvin of Sanford, NC; several nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Theodore.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 19, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV, with Rev. Michele Neal officiating. Burial will follow at Belcher Mountain Cemetery in Welch, WV, with Joe Mullins, Edward Osborne, Jr., Joey Mullins, Michael Wiseman, Joe Tackett, and Matt Osborne serving as pallbearers. Friends may call from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
