Raymond Scheidegg Obituary
Born on May 5, 1944, in New Jersey, Ray grew up in the Panama Canal Zone before returning to the states to graduate from Middle Tennessee State University. Following a career in law enforcement, Ray retired to a life of leisure and travel with Judy, his devoted wife of 58 years. He had a heart of gold and a fierce love for his family and the outdoors. Ray was happiest working in his yard, spending time with the family pets, hiking mountain trails, and cruising the world.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings. He is survived by his wife, Judy; his son, Mark; his daughter, Tanya, and son-in-law, Caine; and his sister, Diane.
In accordance with Ray's wishes, he will be cremated. The family will celebrate his life at a later date by spreading his ashes in some of his favorite places in nature.
